There were three Premier Disc cameras -- most likely made by Halina and/or Haking -- and definitely sold under a variety of other names, sometimes with slight modifications.
While it qualifies in many ways as an econony Disc camera, the Disc PC-20 Motor Drive has a couple of advanced features that you would never expect to find in an econony Disc camera. The first, of course, is the motor drive, and the second is the built-in flash. The switch on the front has three setting: OFF which covers up the lens and viewfinder, SUN for daylight shots, and FLASH for indoors and dim light. So like other economy Disc cameras there is absolutely no adjustment in the exposure. The camera was sold under various nameplates, and appeared in different colors.
It's exactly the same as the Disc PC-20 Motor Drive, except that it adds a sensor to the front plate providing some automatic adjustment of the exposure. The camera was sold under various nameplates.
