CHADT CAMERAS USING THE MINOX CASSETTE

Designed to be used on a wrist strap. Comes with a 3 element 14.3 mm (f4) fixed focus lens. Single shutter speed of 1/200. The apertures are variable from f4 to f11 by are designated by weather symbols. Film advance by a lever on the camera side. Camera weighs 22 grams.
Same as the Chadt M1. Often sold with a digital watch to put on the wristband when the camera was not in use.
The M2 is a modified M1 with an aluminum cover replacing the original polycarbonate one. The f-stops now appear on the aperture scale and the film is advanced by turning a more convenient knob on the top of the camera. All of the features are the same.
An M2 with various modifications. Since they were hand-made, some have, for example, two shutter speeds, f-stops to f16, various finishes, etc.
A 1997 entrant. West German camera on a wrist strap. Shutter speeds are 1/60 and 1/120th sec. Fixed focus lens. Lens is a 3-element (in one group, behind shutter) coated f/4 14.3mm achromat. Gold plated models available. Wrist-strap included.
