Olympus Pen D3

"This shot of my wife was taken at an amusement park with my water-logged Pen D3 -- soaked on one of those flume rides!  Because the Pen D series has such fast lenses (the D3 is f1.7), you can use slower film and get better grain.  This was a sunny day, but it's basically a shadow picture.  I used AGFAPAN 25 rated at ISO 12. That film-speed called for f4.0 at 1/15 -- the maximum f-stop for many cameras -- but too slow a shutter speed, especially with a small negative.  With the Pen D3, I was able to shoot at f2.0 at 1/60 and still get good contrast..

Processed in D-76 (1+1) at 68 degrees for 4.5 minutes.  The lines on the image are from my screwed up scanner, not the camera."

P.S. The t-shirt reads "Our life is more than our work" -- FYI.  Put it to good use.
